Herbal Medicines (like From Hollan & Barrat) What can you recommend for liver & kidney function?
I have been told my liver & kidney blood flow isnt good! I do have chinese medicine but wondering what else i could get from H&B?
Milk Thistle for your liver it will help the kidney repair damaged cells. As for your
kidney drink plenty of water and try and exercise.
Not sure about Holland and Barrett products trawl the internet looking for none GM and natural products as some products are not organic and contain chemicals that could potentially harm both your liver and kidney.
This is my tried and tested method for my kidney. 2 gloves of chopped fresh garlic, with 2 tsps of grated fresh ginger in a glass of fresh orange juice. Leave overnight and strain if you cannot stomach eating the ginger (personally I love it). Sip throughout the day.
Leave the chinese medicine to the chinese not unless you know what the side effects are from taking chinese herbs. as they are extremely potent and can become toxic if abused.
Cayanne pepper is also good to purify the blood.. and lay off the fatty foods.
